One-time onboarding – $65 (includes a 45-minute consultation, nutritional form review, and discussion of your dietary needs).
Ongoing meal plans – $25 a month for a personalized meal plan tailored to your goals and preferences. Swap requests anytime (no seafood, no curry, add chicken, etc.)
